At Lost & Found Energy, we want you to feel the spark of our products, but due to the perishable nature of our energy drinks, we can only accept returns on unopened cases within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrived damaged or incomplete, we are committed to making it right with a swift replacement or refund.

Return Process

    For damaged goods, please attach clear photos of the packaging and the product so we can process your claim with the carrier.

    Pack and Ship

    Once authorized, place the unopened items in their original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team.

    Receive Refund

    After we inspect the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
